Bug rules xD!

If there is a server bug, or a bug maybe on the website. Please tell us and we will get to fixing it right away! Post with this format-
What is buged? (Spell, website, item ect.)
If spell, item, quest or other, please post what one. (Mind blast, Warglaive ect.)
What is happening? (Not casting, item wont equip/or sell from vendor, cant get quest/cant turn in)
